Started by Randy over 25 years ago, Cajun Construction GC offers a level of expertise and experience few contractors can match. Over the years, Cajun Construction has remained a family owned business, and has built more Subway Sandwich Shops and Fire House Subs in the state of Georgia than any other contractor. While specializing in all types of restaurants, Cajun Construction has also built medical offices, churches, and hotels.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality work possible at a competitive price. Our reputation is very important to us since a large portion of our work is provided by repeat business from satisfied customers. In addition, all other generated work comes solely by word of mouth.
Completed jobs: Interior build out of over 200 Subway Sandwich Shops, over 175 Subways remodeled, 37 FireHouse Subs, over 30 Quiznos Classic Subs, 10 Massage Envy's, and over 15 GNC stores. Food courts in downtown Atlanta consisting of Subway, KFC, TCBY, Taco Bell, Arby's, Pita Pit, and Pizza Hut. We have also done work on yogurt shops, hotel remodels, banks, Office/Retail Spaces, Pet Stores, Mexican Restaurants, St. Cinnamon Bakery Cafe, Travel Agencies, Coffee Shops, Cleaners, etc.
